Color Theory

1. Define hue:  Hue is the term for the pure spectrum colors commonly referred to by the color names which are, red, orange,yellow, blue, green violet - which appear in the hue circle or rainbow.
2. Define value: The lightness or darkness of tones or colors.

3. Define saturation: It refers to the dominance of hue in the color.
4. How many colors are available on our computers? at least 256shades of red, green, and blue, for a total of at least16,777,216 color variations.
5. Define secondary color: a color resulting from the mixing of two primary colors.
6. Define tertiary color: are the resulting color formed when an equal amount of a primary and a secondary color are mixed.
7. Define complementary colors: A secondary color that, when combined with the primary color whose wavelength it does not contain, produces white light.

 9.What are the primary colors in Photoshop? RGB,CMYK, Lab Color, and Gray Scale

 11.Define subtractive color model: mixing is the kind of mixing you get if you illuminatecolored filters         with white light from behind, as illustrated at left.
 12. Define additive color model: in which red, green, and blue light are added together in various ways to reproduce a broad array of colors.
 13. Is RGB additive or subtractive? Additive
 14.What is the CYYK color model used for? is a subtractive color model
 15.Define analogous colors:  analogous color scheme uses colors that are adjacent to each other on the color wheel.
  16.  Define tint: a shade or variety of color.
  17. Define shade: a color, especially with regard to how light or dark it is or as distinguished from one nearly like it.

  18.Define neutral: In color theory, a color that is neither warm nor cool. Neutral colors result from the combination of two complementary colors

   19.Define monochromatic: containing or using only one color.

    20.What can be said in general about warm colors? They are the brightest colors

    21.What can be said in general about cool colors? They are pale colors or very dark colors.
    22.Which color is associated with stability? yellow, blue, bluish red or green.
    23.Which color symbolizes royalty? The color purple is often associated with royalty.
    24.Which is the color of cleanliness? White is the color that symbolizes cleanliness.
    25.Which color symbolism freshness? Green is Nature so this color wold define freshness.
    26.Which colors are associated with joy? Yellow, Green, Blue, 
    27.Which color symbolizes passion and danger? Red

My Future Vision

My future hopes, dreams, desires. by Roberto .D

              

               As my days go by everyday I seem to get older then yesterday not knowing what tomorrow might bring. Only imaging how my future life can turn out picturing it all in my brain. My future awaits and the choices I make could lead me to a horrible life or great life. The future awaits for me and I have made decisions that would hopefully one day bring comfort and peace for my family and I. By taking the daily courses at school I will soon graduate and be prepare for the adult life.

               On my youth years I have dreamed of being an army men taking part of a service that would protect the world keeping the peace for my country and for my home being a safe place to live. When I graduate high school I have decided to take my career into being in the U.S Army or National Guard. By wanting to do this, I will give my full academic learning skills, apply for college or university to get into engineer and technology. These are goals I would want to accomplish for the beginning of my adult life.                Everyone has different ways of having their happiness. My happiness would be for my family to never work again and living in a wonderful place where I can manage to pay anything that is considered bills. I would like to have a very luxury and comfortable home were I can have a couple luxury cars which would definitely make me happy. Why? because this will show how hard I work for what I have and showing others that anything is possible to be done. These simply things can bring happiness to me and it would be all I ever want in this world. "It is not how much we have but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness", Quote by Charles Sprungeon.

               The way I have decided to always have a way of learning would be reading many books on a daily basis and knowing what goes on around the world. My plans on staying smart is never stop learning and learn much as information as possible which would later help me in my older days. Ideas that I have to live beyond the minimum wage is by stocks. With the stocks I would buy and sell stocks and keeping up with Industry's and Businesses from all across the U.S. These tactics can be helpful for anyone is trying to make a bonus on money you just got know what you are doing and set goals. By doing this I hope to retire with good wealth and health so I can live to the generation that awaits my family and the world.

               When I'm old and grey, my hope is that I will accomplish my dreams and have retired in a comfortable home. My hope is to see the younger generation of my family grow and being their for anyone about anything. I hope to have travel around the world see the different cultures and the history that has been left in this world. If I manage to have good health when I'm old, I'll go play golf every morning. As so I get old and gray I would want to see a change in this world for peace and having a beautiful Earth to live on for future generations to come into the world.

The World Would Be A Better Place If..

PTSA, The World Would Be A Better Place If... Competition 

   As the daily lives of human go by we do not notice that we are harming are home, planet Earth. I personally believe the world would be a better place if we stop global warming all around the world. If we humans put in the effort to take responsibility and do whats right for our future generations we can make Earth the most beautiful place in this universe. By stopping pollution it would save millions of lives because our air would be fresh and completely clean.  With this process nature would be saved and extremely beautiful following with the blue sky which would make it nice and clear and better view of the shining stars. My message is clear in my image saving the life of nature, our sky, animals, humans, and our home.







    By Establishing my art work I went beyond over thinking of imagining and brainstorming on how Earth would look if pollution and global warming never existed. I created my art work by using the beauty of nature and how alive and brighten it would look. I use the cotton of clouds to show how clean and wonderful clouds would look  with no global warming. With the white bird flying across meaning of peace and hope in my world would be a better place. My creation was created with different pictures found in Google.






    The tutorial that inspired me to apply the  following steps were how to create an image by overlapping different pictures and leveling the art work into looking realistic. I applied the colors of different layers which the process can be found here:
